Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I am currently seeing clients through telehealth and in my office.
Please don't hesitate to call or email. I am available and ready to help.
We all occasionally have problems. Most of the time we can solve them by ourselves or with the help of our family and friends. If however you find yourself unable to resolve a problem, and it has become chronic or overwhelming, then you may want to consider counseling. Counseling can help by assisting you in identifying issues, developing strategies to deal with them, and supporting you along the way. With over 40 years of experience as a therapist, whether you suffer from depression, anxiety, an addiction, or simply need someone to help you make sense of your relationships, I'm available to help.
This site has been developed to help answer your questions about the counseling process and my practice. If you think counseling may benefit you or someone you care about, then I welcome you to further explore these pages.
If you have any questions that are not answered here, or would like to make an appointment, please call 716-633-6900, email me, or fill out the secure contact form.
